"Edited this down to summarize, I've done business here for three years and am nothing but polite but still get the sense that I'm not welcome here. A good friend and his wife spent a lot of time with these guys and would attest to their character, which is the only reason I've continued to come back. If I went just based on my experiences, including them trying to sell my father on some very poor quality optics at above MSRP, I'd have been done with this place long ago. It may be that I don't fit the bill of your typical Wilkes good ol' boy but I'd hope my dollars count the same."
