"I needed my sewer hooked up fast , I was getting charged for it after I payed the tap ( Johnson City it does no good to complain no one is ever there... Our tax dollars at work ? ) . I called several plumbers in my area , one said he would come look at it after a meeting at church, he still hasn't shown up . My daughter in Johnson county has used Stout's plumbing and they always did a good job. They were the last ones I called since they were over 60 miles away . I sent him a picture and they worked us in . Then they came within 2 weeks and hooked it up in half a day . They were the last ones I called then ,but now they're the first I'll call . They do a good job ,they do it now , and Reasonably priced . I highly recommend Stout's plumbing."

"They did our new construction home and did a great job. We had a lot of special requests and they didn't miss one. Water lines inside and outside the home function perfectly. Looking under the caps/coverings, they did a neat and tidy job with everything. I would highly recommend."

"Just moved to town a few months ago and little options here as far as plumbers Online. We have 3 kids and needed help with a clog in our basement to the point where it overflowed when we took baths. It became an emergency, but thanks to Stouts plumbing, we have yet to receive a call back. We were told initially he would come in the morning 3 weeks ago. No call no show. Called the office and a girl said that we were not on the schedule and he was an hr away. She said she would call us back to see if he can come that day or the next. No call back. Waited a few days and Tried again. This time no one even was answering the phone. The flooding got worse and now at this point we were desperate. We tried other plumbers but they didn’t answer or didn’t service our area. We attempted one last time and again the same courtesy of no call back. In fact, we have heard several people not recommending them based on their unprofessional behavior and work wasn’t that exceptional to make up for it. We will cut our losses w this business but I will be posting this review on every recommendation site. We were able to find a great plumber to fix the issue so it all worked out. Apparently this business is so well off they don’t need customers. If I could put negative starts I would."

"Can't review because they don't return phone calls! Called midday on a Friday, gal said I would get a callback within three hours. Called again the next Monday and was told I'd get a callback by end of day. That was a MONTH ago. I live 16 miles away, knew exactly what needed to be done. They obviously don't need the business. NOT recommended."
