"There were several end caps containing, clearance or floor model shoes. I could not find pricing for give or take 75% of them, nor could I locate an employee in the media area to assist. The location in Fayetteville is tied together with Field & stream which gives you a more diverse set of options for footwear. To be fair after I left the shoe department and walked through the store, several staff members very politely offered to be of assistance if I needed any."

"Your associate ELLEN is the only one in the Aberdeen store that is willing and able to help another woman in this store! Two men standing at the front door just pushed me off without even looking at the computer to verify if you had a Co2 cartridge for my life jacket.. I found someone in the golf area that I knew would just look up the item. He did try to help me and then went and got Ellen. She remembered me from getting my fishing license. I needed my reel restrung with new line.. THERE is only ONE man in this entire store that knows how to operate the machine.. what a joke?! You have guys just walking around or standing there just having a good ole boy Sunday tea dance. The only way to get my reel fixed is to make an appointment!! Unbelievable!!"

"The guy who worked in the golf department was terrific, and so was the sweet teenage lady working the check out counter. Best customer service skills I've seen in any sporting goods store. Way above any service I've ever received at Dunham's."

"Had several items that were marked on sale that rang up full price. Had to question the total bill three times to get advertised specials. Clerk started out nice but got snarky as well as his boss once several mistakes were caught. I was over charged almost $40 until I spoke up. Not a pleasant experience."
