"Me and my wife went shopping there and got there around 8:40pm and store hours says it closes at 10pm and went to grab a cart and lady rudely told me they where closing then proceeds to get on the intercom and tell everyone they are closed and bring items to the register. I also run a retail store and would never do that to my customers"
