"We went to the store on Wednesday ( 7/29/20) and the shoe selection was not good. They lacked anything that you could find at other stores (crocs, Birkenstocks, Vans, even Palms). They only have one very uneducated cashier that lacks info at the store. My granddaughter asked her what was the return policy and she replied “our return policy is what it was before COVID-19”. I simply put our items back and LEFT. Never will go again!"

"I walked in the store ... I receive no greeting. Mind you I’m the only Black Female there. The white lady with the glasses says she’s going to take a smoke break as soon as I enter and the young white blond girl just looks at me. So I continue browsing (actually seeing a few things that I would like to purchase) .... still no one ask me if I needed any help! ) but I walked back to the front browsing they both look at me and say nothing but instead turn over to the white man and his white son asking them if they need assistance! Sooo I decide not to purchase anything and just leave instead. When I left out of the door they still continued to stare. All customers should be treated fairly ! Regardless.... the customer service was very poor !!!!!!!"

"I bought three items on a Friday returned them Monday bc they were too small. I was asked to give my card which the item was purchased on..I called twice the same day to find out why the money was not returned n was told it’s up to my bank by the same cashier. I called the bank back n was told it’s on Shoe Dept end bc they are not seeing anything but the actual purchase..I called back to Shoe Dept on Tuesday after speaking w the bank n them telling me nothing is showing from Shoe Dept but the actual purchase..the purchase was for $68 I received a refund receipt of $61.43. I called to speak to the manager n I was told that the young lady that did the refund may not have caught that maybe one of the items went on sale so to call the 1888 # on the bottom of the receipt. I called n gets this attitude women who did not even try to track anything just blurted out that it takes 3-5 business days for a return n if the return receipt says $61.43 then that’s what it is..w a attitude which was unnecessary bc I’m the customer she could’ve at least made me feel better luckily she didn’t get some nasty choice words but that solves nothing so she lucked out in that end so I told her that Show Dept needs to inform the customer that when they do a return by card that it takes 3-5 days not act dumb founded then have attitude n they need to look at receipts not just ring up stuff n sign off"
