"Cute clothes. A little pricey but I'm willing to pay as long as I receive good customer service. I'm giving 2 stars because I ordered an article of clothing online. I didn't like the way it fit so I returned it. I was told that I would only be given a credit that could only be used online. Ok, fine. I never received the credit though. I've called twice about this. I called a few weeks ago, spoke briefly with the owner and was told I would get a call back because she was about to leave for the day. I never received that call back."

"Horrible customer service! I placed a 350 order, and it sat from the 2nd to the 9th, and they blamed it on titok, but I called their boutique to clarify and to explain and confirm with a voice-mail and no call back. MIND YOU, ORDER WAS PLACED 8/2 IT IS NOW 8/10 and I had to reach out once again and receive a response of " we are waiting on tiktok and can take up to 24 hours lom if this was my company i eould have dove head forst to make this right! I am a professional shopper, and this is one of the WORST! When you go on social media peeps, make sure you're ready and do your research before selling because your BUYERS ARE EVERYTHING! APPRECIATE BIG AND SMALL SALES!"
