"This is a very nice men’s clothing store. The prices are fair for the high clothing quality. The staff was nice but I had to ask for help instead if someone asking me."

"So awful customer service from the lady who is supposed to help customers. So my wife bought me a shirt but the wrong size. Although I brought the shirt back to either exchange for the correct size or credit to buy something else was scuttled when she insisted on a receipt my wife never received. Apparently showing her the actual Wells Fargo transaction wasn't enough. She even brought me up in the system which shows past activity hence a regular customer. Never had to go through that BS with other retailers and didn't expect it from Onward Reserve especially since I had planned to spend more money while there. Either way that relationship is severed and I'll never recommend to others. Her attitude along with the final outcome was inexcusable."

"Everything about Onward Reserve is great. I originally bought a pair of the traveler pants in a rush before a meeting. They quickly became my favorite pants. I’ve since bought another and I’m sure I’ll collect all colors before long. The store has good looking dress shirts and accessories as well. Definitely one of my favorite clothing stores in Charlotte!"

"When people claim 'buy local', this is a perfect example. There are endless gift products here, a FULL like of quality men's clothing, a huge line of Yeti stuff, and great unique TShirts. Everyone is helpful, always willing to give an honest opinion and have a sense of style for anyone who needs help with their personal dressing ideas. :-) Additionally their stock is updated regularly and it is worth stopping by here any time you are in the area to see what they have on their shelves."
