"I can’t say enough good things about Rebecca and Trike Life. My father passed away 3 weeks ago. He’s been working on converting his Harley into a trike for about a year. He often spoke about how knowledgeable and kind she was, to him. I called her today, to get information on items he purchased, as I’m going to have to sell the bike. She went above and beyond, discussing features and worth of my father’s bike. She was very patient and kind. I was sorry to read about the first review. I know if my dad had experienced the same problem, he would have voiced it to me. THANK YOU, REBECCA!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️"
"Ordered a trike kit paid 2600.00, From the beginning a nightmare. after giving the shipping address shipp3d to wrong address. Next parts just tossed in box loose no paint, no studs. When asked for customer service to make things right got nothing. Bike has been tore apart for two weeks and it still is. So, after speaking with this lady I truly thought she would do the right thing. She informed me that the missing studs should have been identified by the mechanic two weeks ago. I explained that the box had many scattered pieces in it and none of the nuts, bolts, and washers were in separate boxes just tossed in the big box. I said how could he know what was there. Was there a Quality check done? She replied well maybe damaged in transit. Yet no small box with any individual components. When asked on the day she was notified of the missing parts, why was it not overnighted? She was working on new orders and when she got to it it was afternoon. My immediate question was where was my customer service why wasn't my previous paid for order placed as priority. She said what would you like as compensation? I said how about s few hundred dollars. She replied well I am willing to buy back the kit. Keep in mind this kit is already partially assembled in my bike. I had paid for the paint job, the bearings and either way I would have to pay for the labor of the Mechanic. So she clearly was not calling to try to make things right...."
