"I will give a 4 star review to this location. The service I received was good, the young gentlemen who worked with me were polite, attentive, and provided good service. They found a different size coat for me and tailored my suit pants in roughly a week. They pulled off a tight timeline for me on an upcoming event. Bravo for their service level! To reach 5 star from me, I would like to see more suit options to purchase as inventory seems lower than in past visits there and as the staff gets more tenured, they will be even more knowledgeable to offer suggestions and options. Overall I had a good experience, and if you are hard to fit as I am and would like for a suit store to help fit you properly, I would recommend this store."

"In a word, the Men's Wearhouse at Turkey Creek suuucks. First, the inventory is pitiful. They have 8-10 of the same suits over and over. They've got mostly slim fit and modern fit. I'm neither and I would imagine most men are not interested in suits designed for 20 somethings. Secondly, they are very focused on tuxedo rental, not business suits. That's obvious the minute you walk in. The sales boy (maybe 16) that "helped" me was completely useless. He could not find a suit in my size (50R) and his only suggestion was to go elsewhere. Which I did. Don't waste your time at this or any other Men's Wearhouse. It's a shame because there aren't many alternatives left. Forgot to add that the sales boy greeted me by asking when I needed the suit. When I said I needed it in 4 bus days, he said that the tailor was very busy and that I should only look at suits needing no alterations."

"My go to place for menswear. Great customer service, excellent quality items. From the moment you walk in, they take excellent care of you, asking what you are looking for, making suggestions and showing the latest styles. They take great pride in their work, and have tailors on site to make sure you look your best. Highly recommended."

"After a very bad experience at the west town location where the manager was very rude and did not know what he was doing… we came to the Turkey Creek location and had an AMAZING experience. I called the Turkey Creek location and told them what happened and they immediately took us in (to fix the suit we bought at the west town location that was all messed up and tailored wrong due to the manager at west town location). Rachel Dill is who worked with us and did a fantastic job! She was very polite and made us enjoy our experience with her! We will definitely be back at the Turkey Creek location for another suit and to work with Rachel!"

"I had the most phenomenal experience here on 9.26.20. I finally started an outstanding job which was supposed to start in April but then the crazy virus changed that. Now, I absolutely hate shopping especially for myself and for clothes; however I badly needed to upgrade my closet with some casual dress clothes and thought I would check out Men's Wearhouse. As soon as I walked in, I met Johnny, and my experience all went up from there. He patiently listened to my story and exactly what I needed, then he was off! It was a Julia Roberts moment like she had in Pretty Woman LOL... he went and grabbed all the shirts first and then we picked out some shoes and then we finally picked out the dreaded pants. I dread them so badly because I've gained weight over the last year especially during my time at home. I call it my Covid & beer baby! Anyway, after about 2 hours I walked out with exactly what I needed and even found a belt and some fun novelty socks to complete the visit. Not only that, but I made a new friend in Johnny, and he found a permanent customer in me... which may not be a total blessing to him because I'm a character when it comes to shopping LOL. Regardless, he took such incredibly outstanding care of me, and I actually had a blast shopping for myself for the first time in years. Hes a trip, and he definitely knows his stuff. The prices were also pretty incredible, and it wasn't near as expensive as I thought it was going to be. I'm very thankful for the entire experience oh, and Johnny, thank you again. I'll be in again in 2 weeks to shop for a wedding I'm attending and I sure won't go anywhere else."
