"I am extremely dissatisfied with the sevierville location. I had an exchange from the south Pittsburg location and they refused to accept it saying that they are all independent stores even though they’re named the same and legally the same corporation. I even called to make sure the day before that they would accept it and they said they would on the phone then proceeded to deny my request in person. Very unprofessional and low quality."
