"If I could leave negative stars I would. Farrah, your son needs an adult running this store. It is an ABSOLUTE disaster. We ordered (or so we thought) my fiancés suit on April 14th. He told us it should be a week, 3 weeks went by I didn’t really push it. Then I started calling, 4 calls, one voicemail. Nothing returned. I came into the store cruise would not come out of the back room and kept sending his grandmother back and forth telling us it would be in the next day. I knew at that moment he never ordered our suit. I gave them until Tuesday May 11th and called this time someone answered but I could hear in his voice my suit wasn’t really there but he said come in on the 12th. So here we are on May 12th. We go in waited forever while she searched the back for our suit. She came out and said “your vest and tie won’t be in until later because your event isn’t until June 3rd”. She said the suit was here though. I’m like okay, can I at least physically see the suit? She brought out some random suit we didn’t order that had pants 2 sizes too big. Not even close to the right color. She called cruise, cruise says we ordered that suit. No we 100% did not. Calls cruise again, come to find out he NEVER ordered our suit. Absolutely ridiculous. He had plenty of phone calls/time to realize he needed to fix his mistake and did not. I felt bad for the girl tonight because every single person in the store had an issue. It’s a mess, suits/shoes ALL over the floor. If you’re going to have a mess at least try to hide it. I got my money and ran and I highly suggest you take your money and run anywhere else but here.
