"Office Depot has a huge inventory of tech and office supplies and it's the kind of stuff that I use. Shopping is pretty straightforward with a helpful staff. I also like that they are collecting money for a local elementary school."

"I needed a copy of a picture on a 8x11 sheet of paper turned into a 20"x 30" picture. I handed the picture to the customer service rep at the copy center, told her what I needed and in about 3 minutes she was able to produce exactly what I needed and it wasn't very expensive either. Thank you Office Depot! I will definitely be back."

"Bought a desk, tech stain and chair. All were scheduled to be delivered on separate days with the desk being 3 weeks out. The tech station was delivered at the edge of the road and my husband happened to be home and drove across the 2 acres to pick it up. Very heavy. Today the desk was to be delivered. I got a call that we had to meet him in town because he could drive down the road because his truck was too big. 18 wheelers travel our road regularly. Then he said even if he could come on our road he could not drive down the driveway and would drop the 100 pound item at the road. So he suggested meeting in town. My husband had to leave work and meet him because the item would not fit in my car and I could not lift it any way. None of this is the drivers fault. This is Office Depot not properly seeing up delivery which on my ticket clearly states delivery to customer location. To top it off, I have been on hold for 50 minutes trying to report this issue. Stay away from Office Depot if you want customer care!"

"Lauren in the print department is a gem! She helps with all of our printing requests and makes sure that we get exactly what we needed even when I can’t describe it exactly. I wholeheartedly recommend Office Depot in Johnson City. The store is kept so very tidy. The floor staff has always been helpful. I can honestly say that I have not had a bad experience at this location ever."
