"So.. we are obviously in a rating war now. I've heard plenty of bad things about this lot. But I have no real experience with them. My husband brought our friend here to get a car. They said it was in great condition and she has had problems with it since she drove it home. Literally in the shop the very next morning. I know of one other car sold here that is acting up and giving the owner problems. Here's the biggest issue. You sold a car to a young woman that was inexperienced about what she was getting into, then became rude and augmentive about the situation when she's just trying to have a reliable vehicle. Now, you will have family come on here and give 5 stars without having actual experience. We just want the car fixed once and for all or traded in on something that she can actually depend on. So fix it, and make a better name for yourselves."
