"Great counter service, very friendly and informative"
"The most disrespectful employees I've ever seen. Cutting into a funeral possession, and causing people to get upset!!!!!! I will never use any of their services!"
"I’ve bought my gas ONLY at Mountain Energy/Shell for 30 years. I’m a little upset to find that my cousin, Terry, who also buys gas and cigarettes there, walked into the Bryson City Shell Station last night, April 17, 2021, to be told he was banned from that station, and this was his last warning. When Terry asked why, and replied that this was the first he had heard of it, Terry was told to leave and wasn’t given a reason. If this is the way Shell allows their cashiers to treat life-long customers, with no explanations or apologies, I may never put another drop of Shell gas into my vehicles, and hope Terry also finds himself another gas station, and spreads the word as much as I intend to. I would expect the owners to know a little more about what’s happening at their place of business...don’t you have cameras? Diane Wike"
"Terrible try to get into"
"Today (10-20-10) I was subjected to deception at the Shell station in Bryson City. We stopped to buy gas and the electronic sign had BIG numbers stating regular was $2.69/gallon. I started the pump and it registered 2.89/gallon. I read the sign again and in very small letters it stated the lower price was with a car wash. The 2.89 price was in much smaller numbers. I felt so violated. We had just spent over $100.00 riding the GSMR and purchasing food and gifts in Bryson City. This was our third trip on the train. We had a great ride and the Shell RIP OFF spoiled our entire day. I trust someone will take some action against such immoral business practices in Bryson City."
