"Ordered a watch online,arrived damaged,couldn't return by mail,had to take to local store.. store was like a graveyard/ desert,no employees anywhere...the jewerly dept was on bottom floor all the way at back,very rude employee,I interrupted his phone call,anyway...will not order online or go to store again..I understand that they are in process of closing this store,so maybe that's why,no employees around to help.."
"Love shopping at JCP. A easy access to the downstairs entrance or around back with good parking for the entrance to the hair salon.. Escalator was broken so we walked to the elevator to go to the second floor for mens items and curtains. Not as many check out stations but, the parking deck is right by this check out. The second trip we took, we parked at this location. A GREAT ADVANTAGE..."
