"I came here a couple of days ago with my husband. The staff were nice and greeted us when we entered, but as I walked around I couldn’t help but overhear loud conversation about how much they disliked a new policy and their boss. A young lady even told a customer over the phone that “they weren’t being set up for success”. The selection of clothes was fine, but it makes me wonder if I should even be supporting a business like this."

"This review has been years in the making but this store never fails to disappoint me or waste my time. Not only that, the management sucks and the owner is awful to her employees. They are consistently having to close early or open late due to their short staffing. The short staffing comes from having an entire staff of underpaid high schoolers. Not only are the high schoolers underpaid, Ann the owner will manipulate their hours to under pay them even more. A previous employee of hers opened up to me about the mistreatment and overall scam that she is running there. Then we get into the whole buying process. I’ve sold to this store countless times, sometimes walking away with over $100 but today i was turned away due to them having too many buys. It’s clear this store isn’t equipped to deal with the demand that they get. I hate wasting an hour of my time to go out there and get turned away. Ann has also admitted in other responses to buying Shein and selling it as if it were a wholesale brand and marking it up. This is supposed to be a secondhand store. I haven’t been to this store in months and decided to go to today and was reminded once again why this place is so awful. Do not waste any of your time going here to sell or shop. This establishment sucks to say the least."

"Will definitely not be back. On top of them taking forever to go through my items because they were too busy goofing around the whole time I left missing an item! I went back in to try to figure out what happened to it and after watching the camera footage an employee shoved the missing item somewhere but somehow could not find it. So not sure if they were trying to steal from me or what but I got $5 and a 5 off my next visit for the inconvenience…. This took about an hour just for them to figure this all out. ON TOP of that one of the employees was highly intoxicated seeings how much i could smell the alcohol off his breath. Save your time and skip going here."

"There is ample parking outside. Staff are friendly. I have sold to them a few times. They can have long wait times depending on the day/time. You CANNOT put your items in plastic bags, they have to be totes, cardboard bags, boxes, containers, etc. There is a link to check the status of your buy and they will text you when it's done. I enjoy shopping there and buying quality items for less plus helping to recycle."

"I've almost always had an outstanding experience at this particular Plato's closet. I'm a frequent seller and shopper and really have nothing but good things to say. With that being said, I must say there is one employee that I'm always excited to do business with (she is dark-haired, taller, and you can always recognize her because she's just a little bit louder than everyone else in the best way possible). She is a true brand ambassador, knowledgeable of products and provides exceptional customer service. She is definitely one of the reasons that I keep coming back and if you are lucky enough to have her help you on your trip to this Plato's closet, then I can assure you that you're in for a treat."
