"Ruain and Natasha really came to our rescue on our recent visit to Mars Hill. We were snowed in with no food and 3 small children. When we contacted them they made several trip up the hill to our cabin bringing us food. We are now huge supports of these super kind people and now count them friends. Were don’t know what we would have done without them."
"Always a pleasure. Fast service, friendly staff, and a great selection of snacks, drinks, and even miscellaneous items."
"Stopped here for a drink and a snack after doing some motorcycle riding. Check out the photo on the shelf behind the cashier! It a picture of two guys from quite a while ago; and, one of the guys is the owner. The other you will recognize. Friendly staff. Nice place for a travel stop."
"Amazing customer service! Above and beyond! We're staying up on the mountain in a rental for my dads 60th birthday. Our propane tank ran out so we quickly had to get a refill before everything closed so we could spend our last chilly morning here around the fire pit with the breathtaking views and sipping our coffee. I called to ask what time they closed which was about 7-8 minutes before we could logically make it down the mountain. Not only did they wait for us, but the gentleman came right out as soon as he saw us pull up with the new tank in hand. He even loaded it into the car for us. Super super nice people! Thank you!"
"My bladder was about to burst with no other gas stations in sight for 20 minutes in either direction. Then I spotted it. “Oh great! A BP with a nice wooden outside. Very welcoming”, I thought. After parking my car and walking in, I asked the cashier for a bathroom key. She looked at me with disgust and disdainfully said that there were no public restrooms, leaving me to suffer another excruciating 20 minutes. For a gas station that considers themselves a major gas station hub, they seem to lack the bare minimum requirements of a decently respected gas station."
