Family Dollar

"I strongly and highly wouldn't recommend working and shopping at this family dollar. This Family dollar is messy and trashed. The Manager isn't doing their job right and might be stealing the money along with cutting hours for their selfs and let certain other co-workers clock themselves in when they aren't scheduled on that day they aren't supposed to be in."

"North point boulevard, Winston Salem NC is the absolute worst. Prices are never correct so always check as they scan or you're getting scammed. Employees are unprofessional minus a select few. They open and close at their own convenience. Tonight I arrived at 8:40 to grab a few small item. Doors locked as they stood up front having casual conversation. Causing multiple persons to have to be turned away. Don't waste your time or coin. Just go elsewhere. The franchise itself seems to be struggling but this location is close and I rarely go for this reason and even at a reduced rate they're not reliable. Just keep driving. ***spoke with assistant manager and she fits the lack luster of the environment . Didn't care, didn't apologize, pretty much said oh well and shrugged her shoulders. Again just avoid this location you'll be doing more work than the employees if you manage to make it through the door."

"Another day of the store being listed as open until 9 but completely closed down prior to 9."

"The store was closed at 5 pm. Had 5 people just standing outside the store including me my fiance and child. No display sign of the location closing early ANYWHERE. As well as an associate walking to the door after a while saying that they were? I just hate I wasted my time and the other people outside the store that waited as well. Low staffing issues? Maybe?"
