"My car was totaled in an accident on Christmas Eve. The following Friday my wife JoAnn and I went out looking for a used car for me. The first place we went I road tested a SUV that seemed nice to drive so I pulled off somewhere and looked under the hood and the engine didn’t sound right. Clicking and leaking. I was very discouraged so we went to another used car dealer and I didn’t like anything on their lot. Overpriced and low quality so we went home. JoAnn went online and showed me a nice looking SUV at Galax Auto Exchange. We went back out and went there to see the SUV. I really liked the vehicle and while looking it over Allen came out to greet us. He asked if I would like to drive it so he gave us the key and we were for a test drive. It drove great and motor sounds good. I told him I was interested in buying it if we could agree on a price. I ended up with a very fair price. I got a loan from my own bank and when I came back he had the car all shiny and ready to go. After driving it for a week I am very happy with my SUV! It was a great buying experience. No pressure and a pleasure doing business with them. I would recommend Galax Auto Exchange to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle!"

"I was interested in a Jeep on the lot and I worked with Allan. I live in Alabama so I couldn't personally inspect the Jeep before purchase. Allan was a huge help to me because he sent me tons of pictures from every angle and all underneath. Even with the price of an airline ticket and my travel expenses, this Jeep was offered at a better price than any others within a few hundred mile radius of my home. I flew into Charlotte and then traveled to Virginia. I was glad to see the Jeep was exactly as it was represented in the listing and in the pictures he sent to me. The staff there made me feel right at home. Allan worked with me to check a few small things to make sure the Jeep was road worthy for my trip back home. "Buyer beware. Took my veteran father here.. Bought truck from here $25,000 cash. The frame is rusted in half. Won't even pass inspection in Virginia. Truck only had 32,000 miles on it. Dealership believes this is possibly a flood truck. Would recommend getting a Carfax report before you buy anything from this company."
