"Y’all! Why do you stack fries on their side in the bag for them all to fall out. Food was Luke warm and they just gave me a drink, they didn’t care what I asked for, definitely didn’t ask for Diet Coke - and btw y’all left out some chicken"

"If I could give 0 stars it would be a help to others. This is not a staff friendly restaurant fries were grease soak and cold. Burger tasted rubbery, lie it had been Microwaved. I will not be back. Two burgers for 20 bucks you would of thought you were at five guys. McDonald's taste better."

"It took almost 5 minutes to get service because the manager was in the back on FaceTime. The person cleaning was listening to music that was wholly inappropriate with the N word and F word at Full volume out of his phone. The manager was yelling for her staff while we were sitting in the dining room eating and she was sitting in the dining room, not sure what she was doing."

"There were so many people behind the counter, but how many were actually working? Took a long time for the food to come out and people who came in after us, got served first. There were no special orders with anyone in our group. The burgers were good, but dry. And the burgers were not as big as usual. Are they cutting back? The restaurant was clean, but maybe because no one was there?"

"Don't get me wrong, I love this Hardee's... But the last two times I went through drive-through my eggs on the biscuit had turned to hard plastic. Everything is good they just leave the already made biscuits on the shelf a little too long."
