"often stop here on my way home from work and some nights i can order just fine. other nights (more often) the employees inside claim to only be accepting cash and say they're out of almost everything in an attempt to not have to serve customers. i hate being this person as someone who also works in fast food but it's ridiculous."

"Sat in the Drive-Thru for 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I drove to the window and saw no one inside. I drove back around to the drive-through and there was another car sitting there waiting for someone. Then I spoke to a gentleman standing outside the back door, asked if they were open and he said he didn't really know because he didn't work the day shift. I drove back around to look in the drive-thru window and still no one inside. I drove back to the drive-up area and there was another gentleman standing there, then the door opened and a lady appeared. I asked her if they were open and she replied yes. Then I told her that two cars had been in the Drive-Thru and no one was acknowledged. She explained that the tall gentleman was the one taking the orders and maybe he had been in the bathroom. And here they all stood, the three of them, with the other car still sitting in the Drive-Thru and no one helping her. Terrible customer service. I would never go back to this Wendy's."
