"I just wanted to give Luca a shout-out for his amazing service. He's always so cheerful and kind and it is such a great way to start off my day. I always use the drive through and I usually have my order very quickly. I have been on a couple of special promotion days where the line was crazy, wrapped around the building and spilling into the road, but I still got through in a reasonable amount of time for the volume of people coming through."
