"THEY HAVE ROACHES MIXED IN THE FOOD! On Thursday we stopped at this restaurant on the way home from the dmv I ordered curry chicken lunch special and my wife ordered curry oxtail. First of all the food came out in melted Styrofoam and pouring steam indicating the food is microwaved to be served to you. Second the oxtail were shriveled and dry like they had been cooked and frozen multiple times. When my wife picked up her oxtails to count them cause it wasn't with the price she discovered the ROACH mixed into her sauce. Immediately we told the establishment about our experience as they pleaded with us telling us they have been getting pest control treatments. I really didn't want to write a bad review during black history month but this has bothered me for a week, ruined my dining experience eating out and other customers deserve to know. Because their could have been more roaches in our food that me and my daughter ate that we didn't catch an the roach was mixed into the sauce and was cooked so it tainted the entire tray that they are serving from and they never got rid of it so multiple others were served that SAME food that day."

"Tried this place for the first time because we drove by once and the smell filled the air.. I got the brown stew chicken with cabbage and macaroni. Husband got the goat, rice and cabbage. The cabbage was different but delicious. His rice wasn't cooked all the way. The stew chicken was cooked perfectly but the flavor wasn't as strong. It had potatoes in it that were very good. The Mac and cheese was sweet but chunky like.. idk I wasn't a fan. Price was about $30 without drinks. Portion sizes were decent. Would recommend you try it out and will be back for the cabbage definitely."

"Delicious food! We ordered by phone and when we arrived the food was ready and hot. Big portions and so good! Everyone is kind and ready to help. We got the jerk and curry chicken with two sides and they always come with plantain. Delicious! We also got a beef patty and it's so flaky and full of flavor, you must try it!"
