"Not only was it not supposed to have tomato, but they added a bread zip tie as an addition to my sandwich, Yum! I will never eat from any cookout ever again and I advise anyone else to do the same."

"To say that this service was displesurable is an understatement. I came to this establishment expecting a delicious chocolate shake. I was then met with a passive-aggressive response to my question about the double chocolate shake. I was not too pleased with her attitude, and it ruined my otherwise great night. Not to mention, the vanilla shake was "funky as hell." I'm so disappointed of how this turned. I mean, come on, man, who puts Hershey syrup in vanilla ice cream to make it chocolate. In conclusion, this experience was very angering, and I feel I should be compensated for this."

"Unfortunately me and my daughter got food poisoning from this location on 12/3/23. Six hours from the time we ate our food, we both became severely ill, and let’s just say, it was a very rough night. I tried not to blame this establishment, but the only thing we both ate that day that was similar was the hot dogs from this location. Judging from past reviews of hair being in the food, this place may seriously need to be looked into. I will not be returning."

"I must say I come every day and the customer services hasn't been great for me. I don't eat here but my children and mom does. I was questioned as to why I came everyday. My elderly mother like the Vanilla milkshakes. I don't have bad service anywhere else, or at any of the other Fayetteville locations. I have been to Cookout in Selma, Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, however the management doesn't take to kindly to me. It's one girl that works inside the Ramsey st locations and she is the best and most friendly in the whole establishment, ( she has a heart in her face) I love the atmosphere and the cleanest of the establishment so I will continue to come inside and drink or drink outside on the patio, but they don't like me, and that's why I come inside and fix my own drink."
