"Incredibly disappointed in the service my husband and daughter just received at Ace in Hampstead. According to my daughter, the two women behind the counter went out of their way to be rude to my husband because he didn’t know the cost of straw bales and had to ask. She said they seemed to be having a great time making fun of them and being as unhelpful and possible. A teenager that was working ended up offering his help and went out of his way to be kind since the ADULT EMPLOYEES couldn’t be bothered. What disgusting customer service. Do better! We’ll be visiting other locations from now on and will suggest that our friends and neighbors do the same."
