"BOTH OF THE LADIES I SPOKE TO WERE SO RUDE! Is this not a military installation!? I would expect some standards. You really need to train your staff on how to speak to customers ! I had to order two packs for the ciniballs and the way it was rung up was not adding up to me , the 12 pack for 6.39 , they were making me buy 6 two packs , she proceeded to tell me she can’t help with what the sign says. She then goes to tell the coworker I had a problem with prices. Her co worker then came and started explaining why.... So I told her I’d like the 12pk for 6.39 and an icy. In the middle of me saying that, the coworker blurted can you let me finish what I was saying I was obviously met with pure attitude and she didn't try to hide it. . DO BETTER."

"I really don't know what's going on here. Food is great but half the time, they've tried to not give me my drinks I ordered. Happens a lot with door dash and going in the store. They are also out of a lot of items on the weekends but not sure if that's them or the supplier. UPDATE: They were out of hard taco shells and didn't both telling me. Normally no big deal, but the doritos taco shell tasted awful like it had been sitting out for days. Please do something, someone is eventually going to get hospitalized if you are in fact, leaving your food out."

"Staff is rude and can’t seem to make orders correctly. You ask for no sour cream? They throw in extra! Ask for extra cheese? You get none! I’ve tried 3 times to give this place a chance and they’ve messed up my order every single time. It’s an accomplishment to be this awful."

"Terrible customer service, almost entirely on the part of an extremely rude manager. She refused to take orders for arbitrary periods of time and insulted customers, both civilian and military, directly to their faces. I was visiting Ft. Bragg during All American Week, and visited several times. The first time the manager complained that my friends and I were ordering 30 minutes before closing time. The second time she refused to take any orders for at least 10 minutes, so we ate elsewhere. My friends went a third time, and overheard her insult one of the base personnel for ordering too much food."

"Food quality is consistent. Sometimes you get a nice person working the register. But dear god do they suck at efficiency, slowest fast food I've ever experienced. And half the time I eat here the Baja Blast is tapped out, we all know that's not acceptable."
