"I purchased an order this morning. It consisted of 2 smoothies, 2 flat breads and 1 quesadilla. I was drinking my smoothie and the closer I got to the bottom, I noticed that I was getting little chunks of plastic from my smoothie. It was not part of the cup or straw, it was clear. I tried to contact the store and could not get an answer. I just wanted to let them know so they could look into the ingredients to make sure there wasn’t anything in any of it and fix the issue so this doesn’t happen to anyone else."

"My son loved his smoothie! I absolutely love this location regardless my family' experience. *what happened was an honest mistake!* We love how friendly the staff is, and how quick the drink came out to us! I made it very clear that my son has a severe dairy allergy aka anaphylaxis - no cross contamination in any way possible. A mistake was made as my 1 year old began to break out in hives. Luckily it was not enough to cause anything more than that at this time. I of course returned to the location to make them aware. The manager on shift was so understanding and apologetic, this situation has definitely allowed for a learning experience! An opportunity to grow from this and train employees about whey protein being Dairy! My family is not at all angry, we understand mistakes happen and will be returning to allow for better experience."
