Cook Out

"All I have to say is TRASH. This once used to be a great quick spot for fast food. But the food is just not good anymore and the staff at the drive thru always seem like they have an attitude and hate to be at work. The cooks hate when you customize food because you can never seem to get exactly what you asked for. They have downsized on the portions and give so little food. My Bf use to order 2 of the big double burgers and now they feel like a Jr. burger. Fries always soggy it’s just a mess. And are people really seeing roaches??"

"Their BBQ sandwich is to die for! Comes with coleslaw ontop of the sandwich. Their cook out tray comes with 2 sides as well, and they allow you to double up on one side to make it two. Their chicken wraps are also amazing! Never disappointed when I eat there. This is by far my most favorite restaurant so far in North Carolina."

"Food is grood. Especially If you’re traveling from up north. Great for people who like 5 guys. Service is hit or miss. Cashiers are usually rude. Drive thru Line is usually long on weekend nights. No indoor dining. Nice for a first time try or great if you’re from the area. Sweet tea is very good as well."

"The place was extremely busy Christmas Eve. Service was a bit slow but totally understandable based on the number of people driving up. Order was correct. Food was good but the burgers are small. Staff was very pleasant."

"If I could rate this place a zero I would.y husband and daughter went thru the drive thru and they didn’t put her meal in the bag not once but twice. Then when they got home the 2 chicken Quesadillas I ordered looked like this picture and the fries had nuggets in them which I didn’t order. My banana split milk shake was not banana. It was strawberry. I’m never going back to this place and I’m beyond disappointed. I tried to call but of course there was no answer so I decided to post my experience. It’s raining outside and no one should have to pay money to get served like this."
