"So .. we ordered queso with chips and this is what we got. The tiniest amount of chips. Opened up the bag and it was maybe 1/8th full. Went back inside, asked if there had been a mistake. The employee told us that that's the correct amount. It's not even enough chips to cover a paper plate. Absolutely absurd and we will NOT be back. We'll go to a real Mexican restaurant next time where they aren't skimpy on the chips. We've been to a lot of these types of restaurants before and have literally never had one give so few chips. Thankfully the burritos are actually decent, but we still won't be back."

"Update review: today we went for food and came home to open our meal with a bug embedded in our lettuce. We are absolutely done with this location. I’m disgusted with the cleanliness of this location. We are out another $40. It’s 9:26, you close at 11 pm and decided to not make any more food. Completely out of chicken, beans, etc. When I asked if you could make more you said no, it takes 20 minutes. So let me get this straight… you close in 1.5 hours and it takes 20 minutes to make more food. So you basically… don’t want to cook and close an hour early. Never coming back. Take your money to another location or another Mexican restaurant."

"I have NEVER been to a Chipotle that looked or felt like this! NEVER! We stopped here at 7:25 on a Saturday for dinner and we could see how filty the restaurant was before we even walked in. I was taken aback because Chipotle?! Noway! But unfortunately YES, it was the nastiest and most unpleasant visit ever! There couldn't have been a manager on duty! There is NO logical or acceptable reason the food or dining area looked like this. All of the workers seemed young, and the one female who I engaged with the most lacked one of the most important customer service skills... listening! I will not go back to this location."
