"Edit: Johnny called me personally and offered to fix this. I really never have had bad service with them before this. I really appreciate Johnny reaching out and our next meal is on him. Thank you for good follow up customer service! Took 1 hour 40 minutes. Arrived cold. No sauces that were paid for. Called back and was told it would take 40 minutes for sauces. My sub had the cheese melted into the paper so I had to remove the cheese. Fries were cold too."

"We absolutely love Johnnys! Order pickup at least once a week, and order the same thing. The buffalo shrimp are amazing and the pizza is always exactly how we want it. Izzy is the best and is always there and ALWAYS takes care of us! Love this place and love the people and can’t stress enough how thankful we are for how they take care of us!!!"
