"The food tasted good. Not a long wait. The intercom sounds like it's from the 1970s. Not the restaurants fault but there was a really loud car in the drive-thru."

"The customer service here is the worse & I was livid when I got home & didn't have the food I ordered. I should have checked my order before pulling out of drive-thru but they rush you out the line. More pissed when I tried to call the CookOut on Capital Blvd when I discovered they had given me someone else order & the only phone number was a 1-800 #. I trashed the entire tray which was a burger with cheese, chili, & pickles, fries with extra seasoning, a wrap, & drink, totally disgusting!! Receipt cashier name was Juan. I paid $8+for food I never received or ordered & as of today nobody from CookOut local location nor Corporate office never returned my call!! I want my $8+ back & my CORRECT ORDER DONE RIGHT!! I really hate bad service!!"

"Food wasn’t bad at all. The guy giving the service was terrible though. He rushed us and gave us the wrong order and was upset with us for not knowing what to order on this big menu."

"I went to this location today for lunch because I was in the area and was craving the chicken wraps. I ordered 2 Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps and Cajun Fries with Extra Seasoning. I guess it is my mistake for not checking before leaving, however, I'm concerned about the competency of the location considering what I ordered vs. what I got. They gave me two wraps with NO chicken (just bacon, ranch, lettuce, and cheese). Then they also gave me fries with NO seasoning compared to the Extra I requested. Maybe order opposite of what you want if you decide to stop at this location! Ha!"

"Cook Out is the best fast food burger joint in the country, hands down. The value of their trays, the absurdity of side choices (like a corn dog or quesadilla!!!), the mix and match shakes, it's the absolute best."
