Church's Texas Chicken

"This place needs an overhaul badly. It could be a beacon in its location. But it looks like the owner doesn't put any effort into the restaurant. While the food can be good or decent. The wait times are terrible, and the restaurant is uncouth. A little bit of love and money would make it a more attractive place to get food. The biscuits are always on point though."

"The chicken was okay it was nice and crispy the way I like it I bought some things for other people also on day was pleased with it the service was amazing I believe her name was Laura she made things even better when she ask you for what I want she's very nice I never return again just because of the service thanks Laura for making me feel more comfortable."

"I always loved Churche's chicken. Went there today and got a 10 piece. I even waited for some fresh chicken to come up. Omg the chicken was absolutely horrible. It tasted old like it was spoiled when they cooked it. On top of that it tasted like it was cooked in fish grease. Highly disappointed. If I eat here again I'll make sure I taste my chicken before I leave out."

"I have been a fan and loyal customer of Churches for over 20 years and never have I been so disappointed as I was today. I placed and paid for an order, (10 piece mixed with mashed potatoes and slaw and when I got home and my family was getting ready to eat we only had legs and thighs.I call back 3times no answer so I went back with the uneaten food to show them.They we’re having problems with other customers so I ask them to just give me the white meat to go with my order,they agreed but said I would have to wait for 20 minutes and I said ok because this was our dinner for tonight. When it finally came I said thanks got an order of okra and left. Upon opening the boxer saw that the chicken was not only burnt but was still wrong(1 breast,1thigh,2wings and a leg). I don’t know what the problem is but it needs to be fixed plus there roaches crawling around on the floor. I got sick from the slaw that was old so I would like to be compensated for my pain and mistreatment."
