"Went in exactly at 11 am because that’s when I get a lunch break from work and got told that I couldn’t be served for at least 30 minutes bc they were so busy with catering order and only had kids working. they need to be fired and have some real help in there that will actual prioritize walk-in customers who are actually there instead of whoever ordered food online and also how the he’ll are you that busy with a catering order right at open I will never be back to any which wich locations for as long as I live"

"So I go there yesterday at 1120am to order a sandwich to pick up at noon. The man working there ( total unhygienic looking man) immediately said he was to busy and couldn't help me for 40 minutes . I said great, that's when I want to pick up my sandwich, I only wanted the Wednesday special. So while im talking to him, he's slowly stapling order tags on bags, dripping sweat on the table and BAGS!!!! Then he told me to come back at 1145 to place my order! After that sweat thing I was good on that!!! I won't be back. Ewwww"

"This isn't a sandwich. BYO Avocado Poor sanitation. Gloves were being used to touch everything from food, to receipts, to long hair. This was the manager making food. After ordering, I stepped outside and came back in. The manager greeted me and asked if i placed an order online. I said No, i placed an order in the store. He said online? I said no i placed the order here. He said okay if you want to place an order, just grab a bag and fill in the spaces. I reached for my receipt to hand him, since the conversation was above his understanding. Then he understood and said your order is coming up. Please see photos of my sandwich. This place is trash . I was expecting more from pictures and Cameron Village location. Manager offered more veggies and said they were making a lot of sandwiches. Well, that's is usually the case in a sandwich shop, so ... This place called earth is quickly degrading, I can't even get a sandwich with ingredients on it."

"I am a first-time customer at Which Wich and HOOKED!! This location is spotless (clean and neat). However, what stood out to me more than anything was the fun experience. Thanks to Jamie and Jessica, the vibes here are positive and uplifting. I LOVE the music! And plus, i was able to order with ease. I purchased a non-carb protein bowl, and it was delicious. The food is fresh and the prices are reasonable. I look forward to returning for more high protein bowl options!!"

"Not sure why all of these negative reviews. Been there like 3 times and i have always had great experience. Staff is so friendly, and the Manager is always there and he is very nice. They are fast, food tastes good, clean bathrooms, very good service. I also always avoid rush hour and have lunch, so at about 2 pm."
