"Half the time you get what you asked for here. It was not busy and I was the only one there. Not sure how you can mess up No lettuce and No onions but they did! Not worth the drive back, will be checking before leaving in the future. I remember now why we don't go here much. I had even given a tip. Never again! If you go here CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE."

"The service at this location is HORRIBLE!!!! We ordered subs online and waited in store for about 10 minutes before asking an employee for an update. It was the manager (an African American guy in his 40s) who was completely disrespectful and dismissive and told me he was too busy. After another 20 minutes, we still had no subs. The manager was rude, didn’t apologize, just said he didn’t know what happened. Didn’t offer to make the subs. After 30 minutes and driving across town, we left with no subs and crying kids. Avoid this location at all costs and that manager should be fired. Completely unacceptable behavior."

"Normaly the food is good but the service always sucks! If you are easily annoyed by people asking questions about a service you claim to provide then customer service should not be your job of choice. And don't deliberately mess up someone's order because you are mad about being questioned regarding the bad service. I ordered a pork & slaw sandwich that is normally stacked with pork like the picture but due to the server being annoyed my sandwich had more bread than meat for $10! I will never return to this location."

"When I came at 4-5 pm, these 2 women’s or I think they were trans? But anyway they were rude and disrespectful. One of them got so mad and walk away and then not fix my food. So another worker had to make my food. The food was good but the workers was bad and disrespectful and getto…. The other person got mad and was talking to her mom(How embarrassing) lol. But yea if you closer to a fire house you should not come here because the workers are bad management. ( it was 2 women’s and 1 boy working in the restaurant)"

"Consistent and good subs and chips. Love the Datil pepper sauce and hot sauce selection. The small subs are just right and a good value if you don't want to over eat. The toppings include lettuce, tomato, diced pickles, and several kinds of peppers. It can get busy here around lunchtime. Come early or be prepared to wait a few minutes. Also, pick up a pickle bucket for $2 to help firefighters. The buckets are clean and have a lid so you could use them for food storage or around the house."
