Papa Johns Pizza

"I have never been to this location before so I decided to give it a try. Order my food online and went to go pick it up. The establishment was not clean like it should have been and neither were the works looking at their attire! The men that had dreads in their head didn’t wear hair nets nevertheless had them pulled back! We all know or should know that when cooking especially for the public your work clothes shouldn’t look like you have been wearing the same outfit for a week straight and your hair should be covered to prevent hair falling in someone food! I will not be returning to this location ever again!"

"This store accepts orders and does not deliver. Three separate times I have received a “third party call” to inform me that they are not answering the store phone. This is after receiving an online notice that “your order is being prepared”. Nothing you can do after waiting 90 minutes. They say they will tell upper management. “ It’s a great restaurant for a guessing game to see if you get your pizza"

"I’m in so much disbelief about this papa John’s . I have been going to this papa Johns for year and it never been like this . Me and my husband ordered a pizza online and it said it was ready. We went to go pick it up and it wasn’t ready. I had to wait TWO hours for our food. So I politely ask the cashier for a refund and he said that was fine . One of the coworkers in the back got mad because I ask for a refund for my order and try to FIGHT ME WHILE I HAD MY CHILDREN.I felt like I was in a viral social media video. I can’t believe I really went through this at this papa John. I will not be going back to this Papa John’s ever !"

"It used to be a good place. The last two times that I'd been there the experience was unreal. Employees not acknowledging the customers, pizzas waiting in the rack while there's a line of customers and deliveries waiting. The staff were not wearing hair protection, not even one with facial hair that occasionally was scratching his beard and then proceeded to work with the dough. Another one collects cash from a customer, then goes directly to work with the pizzas without washing his hands. The music was loud and they stopped for a little while to have a chat between them. Because the music was loud, the conversation among them had to be even louder. They wouldn't hear customers asking for their orders, no update at all about the orders getting ready. One worker opened a box from the rack and started to eat the pizza that was inside while he was working on other orders. There were so many wrongs that I thought that it was a joke, like one of those TV shows that prank the people. Worst experience ever (twice) in any place. Totally unsanitary the handling of the food."

"Cook / Manager did was hands after touching cash register. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because last week the driver came in from delivery did not wash his hands and cut the pizza and reached into pepperoncini peppers peppers and put them in my box without washing his hands so if your not here to watch do not don’t eat the peppers."
