"I visited this location on Wednesday and the girl at the drive through Blanca was so sweet. I liked her energy even when I was ordering at the speaker. When I pulled up to the window she was smiling and very attentive. She made sure I had everything in my order without me even asking. I told her she had positive energy and great customer service!"

"We placed a mobile order to be picked up through the drive-thru. Every interaction from when we gave our name at the speaker to when we drove through a second time was quick and cold. When we got to the window they informed us they were sold out of Baked potatoes. I remembered seeing they have several different types of loaded fries now so I asked if it was possible to swap to one of those instead. She immediately walked away without saying yes or asking what type I wanted. She then came back to have us pull up to the door. When she came out to give us our food, she just handed us a bag and quickly walked away again. I looked in the bag and thought maybe she was coming back since she didn’t say anything and half our food was missing but she didn’t so we decided to drive around to the window again as no one was in the line. We told her what we were missing and a minute later she hands us another bag and walks away again. Still no apologies or have a good night or enjoy or anything. It was like that the whole time. Brief and cold. We never received a receipt and all 3 of the BBQ packets were smashed and leaking at the bottom of a bag. I didn’t know what type of loaded fries I was getting until I opened the container and they were not good. I checked my order on the app and the charge on my Credit Card, she never adjusted the price for the item exchange. If I can avoid this Wendy’s next time I will."

"Came inside …. ordered to go. Young man was on his phone a didn’t notice me. Proceeded to order a large chili , small fries and a frosty. He had to ask me 3x what size chili I had ordered while getting my food and yet the container came a little more than half full. What really ticked me off was once I sat down to eat I had no spoons for the chili and frosty and not one napkin to be found. I had plenty of forks and knives though. Food was good enough but hardly worth 9$."

"Honesty if I could do zero stars I would and it would be fully warranted for this incident alone, let alone the number of times similar situations happened at this location. But with options limited for late night meals I still find myself coming to this location. That stops after this experience. I do not intend to ever use this location again. When I got to the Wendy's I was the only one ordering no cars behind me or in front of me. I placed my order: 4 crispy chicken blts with no lettuce or tomatos (cheaper than adding bacon to the normal crispy chicken) and 3 baconator fries. I was told there would be a small wait for the crispy chicken blts. The waiting on crispy chicken blts are normal at some locations and typically take about 4 minutes so this isn't something that would be out of place. They asked me to pull forward to the door After waiting over 20 minutes for my order I begin to think something is wrong and they forgot about my order all together. While I was waiting there were about 8-10 more cars that came to order, paid, got their food, and left while I was still waiting. After those cars behind me finished they brought out my fries and told me that they were still working on the crispy chickens and stating that other people had been ordering them. All I could think was that they were handing out the ones they had dropped for me to the people behind me to keep the line moving while I was waiting ahead of the line. This is a sneaky tactic for fastfood to do when one of the metrics managers check is average wait time for orders. "Complete" an order and ask them to pull forward while the employees complete the order for real after the timer has been ended. But when they gave me my fries they also checked about the customization I had on the crispy chicken which was to remove lettuce and tomatoes. After another 4 minutes (usual drop time for the sandwiches) they brought them out. I have had issue in the past with this particular Wendys not doing the sandwiches right so I check them and somehow 2 are correct and 2 are almost entirely backwards with the customization. the two wrong sandwiches had lettuce and mayo on it. So they failed to remove the lettuce and instead removed tomatoes (correctly) and removed the cheese and bacon (incorrectly). I drive back around to the now completely empty drive through and stated that they messed up my sandwiches to only be given attitude and with ungloved hands the employees took the wrong sandwiches back and ask me to again pull forward. Less than 2 minutes later they brought the corrected sandwiches to me and I finally got to complete my order nearly 35 minutes after placing it. I didn't trust those sandwiches after the ordeal since they took them back with ungloved hands and I can tell they just removed the lettuce and added the cheese and bacon. All-in-all the entire order took too long, was initially wrong, was handled unprofessionally when they were asked to correct the mistake."

"My junior bacon cheeseburger was picture perfect! Fries were hot and fresh! Dining room was clean and staff was friendly. One lady has been there for well over 20 years! Glad to see her still there!"
