"Have to call the waitress over to refill, napkins, and ketchup. Only got two napkins! While eating wings... why is there not a napkin dispenser on the table? The food was ok, but the service was not great to me."

"The whole experience was uncomfortable. First off I felt as if our waitress had something against us. I don’t know what it was but she was very uptight, snooty, and annoying. I felt rushed and I felt as if it seem as if she wanted us to order more then what our stomach could handle and did not feel obligated to serve us since we didn’t want to eat more then what she expected. She was an older white server and we was black. It doesn’t surprise us that we was surrounded by a bunch of YT’s but what surprises us is the lack of customer service we received. I had burnt Philly cheesesteak egg rolls and after taking the burnt crust off the Memphis Mac and cheese it was good. To be honest I’ve never felt this uncomfortable eating anywhere so if me and my bestie (bday girl) felt uncomfortable and not wanted it’s a problem! Server only became nice once we got ready to leave and that was not cool. We will not be returning"

The honey jalapeño grilled wings and Caesar salad are my go-to choices, and the prices are reasonable. Whether dining alone or with loved ones, this restaurant and bar offers a wonderful experience every time. The food is consistently delicious and the service is always top-notch. Additionally, there's a great selection of beer to choose from. Overall, Buffalo Brothers is an excellent dining destination."

"Server was amazingly attentive, checking on us so much I almost felt bad saying no because I only had a chance to drink a little of my beer. Great place to watch the Buffalo Bills play and it's a general nice set up for football. Hot wings are not so hot, but still were good."
