"When u order through website chili's gets it as door dash. They can’t do anything regarding a refund or poor quality. My food was not what I ordered. They don’t even offer smoked wings but I was allowed to order smoked on the website. Fries taste like old grease and everything was just terrible. Sauce was good if it would’ve been on good wings. Don’t order unless your picking up curbside so you can check your food right there. And the wings are fried. Worst wings in the city that’s why they’re cheaper."

"Honestly, I don’t know if I’m more disappointed in the quality of the wings or being tricked into buying wings from chili’s. Wings were on the cooler side. The box it came with had melted plastic. Flavor was mediocre. Wings were small. We also pulled into the parking lot to see that it was a Chili’s — walked into chili’s and was told to pull around to the side. The same women brought out our food… Overall, will not be coming back to acquire wings from here due to the poor quality and being bamboozled into buying wings from chili’s."

"Ordered apple BBQ, garlic parmesan, and pineapple teriyaki wings. The flavors were intense and the apple BBQ was outstanding. Plus the curly fries were awesome. Don't let the picture fool you, that's all that was left!"

"First off I pull up and find out it’s in Chili’s, It’s one of this virtual/ghost kitchens. Price wasn’t too bad ($10 for 8 bone-in) especially because you got free fries with each wing order. Wings were all drums and were drizzled with sauce, not tossed. I ordered to flavors and both had little to no flavor. Fries were decent but soggy and needed to be thrown into the airfryer to crisp up a little. Overall not a place I’d go back too as the wings and sauce just plain sucked, getting 2 stars as service was quick and fries were decent."
