"Visited the Spring Lake location over the weekend looking for a very specific professional camera to step up my passion for photography. The place is rather small in comparison to other pawn shops but I was very lucky to have great service from Marsia (sp?) and that means a lot to me since it seems to be quite rare these days. Most other places seem annoyed that you walked in through their doors, but I didn't get that here. Marsia (sp?) greeted us as soon as we walked in. Great smile, very nice, genuinely nice and upbeat! I'm giving 5 stars for her customer service. She was honest and didn't know too much about the camera but that's okay! She wasn't pushy, she gave me all the time I needed to look at the cameras they had and play with them. The one I was really interested in was within my budget but the battery was dead. So they offered to charge the battery. The stars aligned for me that day. I knew what I was looking for, my budget, and they met it all! I'll definitely be back or visit their other locations in the future."

"I would love to start off my saying this store was clean and the employees were nice. One employee Jasmin was absolutely amazing. My daughter has autism and isn't very welcoming but Jasmin spoke to her and didn't treat her differently like we're used to. She helped us find exactly what my daughter wanted. She is amazing and I will be coming backand telling my friends about this incredible soul."
