"This has by far been the worst experience I have ever had. I do not think he really knows how to work on the machines he sales. He sales broken washers and dryers. They do not work correctly. He does not return calls and sabotages the machines to break again. Bad customer service . Do not do business here. You will regret it"

"Ordered a washer and dryer for my daughter and son in law. The transaction went fine, they were quick to respond and deliver; however the washer started having issues within the 30 day period and they did not show up for the repair appointment and have been ghosting her when she tries to communicate. I don’t recommend using this company. They do not honor the 30 day warranty. Now she is stuck with a washer that doesn’t operate properly."

"I purchased a nice front load set from them. It seems like as soon as the 30 day warranty was up, my washer started acting up. I contacted the store and spoke with a woman who put me on the schedule. No One Showed... I then contacted the owner via text and was told he'd come out, again... never showed. After I asked for a legit reason as to why no one was coming to service my appliance, I was told they are understaffed. I completely understand, as I too own a business. So I know how it is. But here's the thing... if you are unable to do a job, simply say that. Instead of having people take time out of their day to sit and wait for you to show up. I have a large family and it's a huge inconvenience to have to go to the laundromat when you have a washer and dryer in your home. Now I have to find another company to repair my washer. Issue with it is, it will not spin. Once it's done washing, it'll "pause" or "end" we've tried using the drain/spin option and that no longer works. It's a headache. Customer service was great at the store. Owner was always kind via text. Just a constant no show."

"Flip my appliances was one of the most professional places I have ever purchased an appliance from the owner, was absolutely the friendliest, the most helpful and the most sincere person you’ll ever meet. He is not out to sell you anything that is not of the upmost quality I recently purchased a stove from him he delivered it, set it up, took my old stove and set it up at my sister’s house, took her old stove to the dump all in one afternoon. He was very courteous and very informative about the product. You will not find a better place to purchase your appliances from. I gave him a A+ rating."

"I purchased a set of appliances and advised Quincy I was not in my house. Moved into the house and had problems with the washer and dryer. Had to pay initially to fix the dryer and then had additional problem and they came out and fixed it. Use the washer for less than a few weeks and it went out. Purchased another washer and within a week it had leaked so bad it had damaged the subfloor. Stuck it outside and called Quincy and he was to show up and fix it. Three days later and a rain storm the washer stopped working all together. Advised no warranty because it was outside. Well it was outside and you knew and I have $1000 worth of damage to my subfloor in my laundry room. No replacement under warranty no refund and no repairing my subfloor in my new house! Do not recommend you do business with this company. Had to call and text multiple times and no response. Had to show up and speak to their secretary which is the daughter to finally get a phone call!! Ill be filing a law suit and all the appliances but my stove had issues. My fridge needed $400.00 worth of cooling fan!!!"
