Firehouse Subs Centrum

"Location allowed me to order online and charged my card. After, it said the location was closed. I received nothing and nobody will answer an email to refund me my over $20 I spent on nothing. This place stole from me and will steal from you. UPDATE: finally emailed me. Then ghosted me. It’s been almost two months now and no refund. Horrible customer service"

"Made an online order at 5pm on a Wednesday. Went to pick up and they had closed. There was a lady in the store so I knock on thedoor. The lady yells at me that they are closed and her face looked angry that I had knocked on the door. I yell that I had an online order but she just ignores me. That's some awesome service. I bet she's a manager."

"Wish I remembered his name or at least the day of the week. Last week around 2pm. I ordered on the phone, it was ready and my Club on a sub was perfect. The worker was a very nice guy. You are lucky to have him!"

"We love Firehouse Subs, so I am disappointed to say this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We ordered 5 subs for dine in and had to wait 40 minutes for them all to be completed. Then when the food arrived, the meatball subs were cold and the steak and cheese was prepared incorrectly. We don’t mind waiting some for fresh, hot subs but 40 minutes for cold food is ridiculous!"

"Grabbed a tasty lunch here with my wife. Nobody greeted us when we first walked in but the guy who took our order was nice. The Turkey, bacon, and ranch subs were great. The location was nice and quiet with plenty of seating which made the experience pretty chill."
