"Took my car here almost 3 years ago for not having no breaks! Told me it was my pedal so had it changed, still didnt work! needed a master cylinder, abs module so i got it!Was told it didnt work so they was gonna have one made!3 years later still no breaks! all i got was my car destroyed, windows was busted out for over 3 years, my car inside is covered in mold, deep scatches on my hood, looks like the passenger side ran across something and left damages! On top of that it caught on fire as soon as i finally got it home!Fire dept and i found rags stuffed in the moter under the master cylinder which was leaking break fluid and ignited!They also waited until Blacks took it over, didnt even inform them on what was going on with my car..Ive been going to poncho for years because ive known him all my life and have never had any issues with any of my vehicles, so i dont have a clue why he allowed this to happen i cant even understand it!..Ive tried several attempts to contact poncho and trying to get ahold of the owners to inform them on whats going on with no luck.. But i did have to file police reports for the damage because it's basically a total loss!..The new owners are great tho they have been a big help on trying to get this resolved.. I appreciate you!"
