"I was so distracted by the dirtiness that I left with out my chips.photo included. Both the guy making sandwiches and the guy at the register were tossing trash behind them with no concern over the mess. The food area didn’t look clean either. I will never go back to that location. I wonder what the health department would say. They likely have a bug or rodent problem with that mess."

"Not even worth 1 star!! Ordered 1 sandwich, delivery was not even a quarter mile away. My order was not delivered till nearly an hour later (Ordered @ 2:13, Delivered @ 3:01). Called multiple times and got someone on the phone who had no idea what he was doing. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!!! Will be contacting corporate on Monday and demanding to speak to the store owner directly. Now, back to my soggy, over-priced, and tipped for sandwich and pickle that were just delivered."

"Only 1 slice of turkey on my beach club. Manager said he made it and the portion is correct. Really sad for a $15 sandwich. They also forgot my drink. 2 stars bc it a kinda fast."

"I can't believe I did it again. I paid almost $9 for a sub with onion lettuce and tomato on it, chips and drink. The sandwich was about as sophisticated as one at my 7 year old's cafeteria. White bread even. I don't even understand why Jimmy John's is in business, considering it's competition. I can get a humongous meal at Subway for the same money and feel a lot better about eating healthy or I can get something really zesty at Jersey Mike's stacked with meat. Somehow I just end up here once every two to three years and it reminds me why this place is such a rip-off."
