"Came on 1/29 around 7:45 and the cashier was so kind. He was super organized and professional when giving us our food/drinks. 10/10. Service was in and out in less than 5 minutes."

"As soon as I entered the building, the cashier looked like why are you here. I proceed to ask how she was and she asked me what did I want to order . I gave my simple order and the whole time she had an attitude as if she was making the food or paying for it! I wish I could give this place a 0 start! Choose a different Wendy’s !"

"This is the last time I visit Wendy's near my place. And I thank God I am moving soon so that I can find a better one. The wait was interminable and there were only three vehicles ahead of me. The truck in front of me got tired of waiting and took off. I nearly followed him but I wanted a baked potato. Every single time I go there they are out of baked potatoes. Every time! Today, wow, they had one left so I grabbed it for later tonight. I wanted two but I'll be happy with one. I ordered a single and said that's all. Then I noticed the queso fries and added that. The girl was clearly put off by this addition, I could hear her over the com with her attitude of "now is that all?!!????" Geez. When I handed her my card, she didn't look at me or say anything. I got my card back and asked for a receipt. I got no answer so I asked again and she mumbled, again without bothering to look at me and said it's in the bag. She obviously was either having a very bad day or hated her job. I'm guessing the second option. Then a young man stepped up to the window and gave me my bag with a smile and a "here you go". I asked him the girl's name and he side-eyed her with his eyebrows raised and softly said Mia. If you are the owner and reading this, she is not good for your business. You should ask a friend to 'shop' her one day and see for yourself. I won't be back."

"Had to share my experience here Sat afternoon. I came to the drive through because the NC State football game would be ending soon and wanted to grab something quick to head home. The young man I spoke to in the drive through had horrible customer service. He was rude and irritated and you could hear it in his voice from the moment he began speaking. He had an attitude problem. Nonetheless, I tried to be nice. When I forgot to mention my drink that I wanted with my combo, his attitude increased so much. It got to the point he was literally snapping at me. I stopped my order & told him I was good on his attitude and I left the drive through without pulling up to get food or pay. I had no desire to even eat there anymore and took my service right around the corner to Bojangles instead. Not sure what his issue was, but, it has left a bad taste in my mouth and I wont be returning. I already dont like this location, but was willing to give it a chance due to needing something quick, but now....I'd drive anywhere instead of coming here and I'm warning others to do the same unless you want to deal with attitudes galore from the staff members."

"Got called every name in the book by the night manager. Closed the dining room 30 mins early but I didn’t have a car as I was staying in the hotel next door. They wouldn’t take my order in the dining room or the drive thru. Just wanted a Frosty but ended up rethinking all my life choices after his berating."
