"Parking is limited. Go early or after the mid day rush on Saturdays and Sundays to avoid the wait. Appetizers: the pimento cheese wontons great. The spicy jam delicious. I just wanted more of the warm cheese. Scratch fries: it's enough for an entree. I got the best of me. The general tso cauliflower: spicy and flavorful. The Apex burger is a classic that will not let you down. The bibimbip sauce was interesting. THE CANdied BACON OLE FAshion. I going back just to get this!!! 1000 out of 10. ur servicer was top TiER. Ask for ANN!!! She was attentive and kind."

"We feel food was not “scratch” at all. Especially “Scratch fries”(appetizer). The fries didn’t hot and soggy,Bulgogi beef was cold and hard. And “Carolina coleslaw” is not any taste.Taste like a vegetable with little bit salt. Those menu is unique. Staff is so nice. Dessert is good. But foods are sad for us."

"This place was worth the long wait for a nice Saturday dinner. Everything we tried was so flavorful, fresh, and unique for the tastebuds. From the appetizers to the main entrees and their wine and beer selection, we were thoroughly pleased with our experience and look forward to our next visit."

"Really good food! The appetizers are awesome and the service is great. I had the general tso cauliflower. I will say there aren’t a ton of vegetarian options besides salad but there’s still a few solid things to pick from. Overall a very solid restaurant in Cary with a widely varied menu and lovely employees."

"Located in Cary Scratch kitchen has great hours and a relaxed atmosphere. The menu was very interesting with lots of options. I had brussel sprouts, egg rolls with pork, pork belly tacos, and pot stickers. The food was pretty good but didn't knock me off of my feet. The redemption is in that there are other options so it's hard to go wrong. I will definitely be back at Scratch Kitchen to continue sampling the menu."
