"Service is always good. Food is good even if a little pricey. We were dining in and there was something wrong on my daughter's order, they corrected it right away. The fries were fresh and tasty."

The employees are always cordial, the order is very rarely ever incorrect, and the service is fast. Every other quick service chain needs to model themselves after them!"

"This is crazy. Chick-fil-A is my favorite place in the world and I have never had an issue until I moved to Raleigh. The one in Brier Creek closest to my house sucks so I decided to drive down the road to this location. I came here 2 days ago and they got my order completely wrong. Gave me grilled nuggets instead of regular nuggets and gave me Polynesian sauce instead of Chick-fil-A sauce. I was in the area and decided to stop by again today for lunch thinking it would be fine this time and both last time and this time was the smallest chicken sandwich I've ever had with about five fries. Like what is the deal? What is going on with Chick-fil-A and these locations. This is ridiculous. This is not like Chick-fil-A. I don't know who owns this place or who's running this place, but this and Brier Creek location is the worst locations I have ever been at."

"DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!! I have been sick for almost a week now. I recently suffered food poisoning and recent diagnosis of bacterial gut infection from eating here. I was not the only one that was affected.. I confirmed with a colleague that got a chicken sandwich on a different day the same week here. So I would be careful. Never eating at this location again"

"As always, one of the nicest places to have breakfast. Long line but fast services. The amazing crew added more value to the experience. Superlicious meal and good tasting coffee. It’s a time when you eat alone, you’ll immediately miss your kids. Thank God for Chick-fil-A."
