"I’ve used Mike for a few years now. Always upfront and honest in his dealings with me and my family. Once advised me that a family member’s car was unsafe to put back on road and fully explained that the repair would be cost prohibitive for a young mom. Showed me that he values service to families over profit. I drive over an hour to have my cars serviced here. Recommended Mike to a friend with transmission problem. Dealer had told him it was time for a new transmission. Mike looked at it and saw that the dealer had stripped the cap on the transmission and fluid was coming out. Mike’s team re-tapped, put a new cap on and the truck hasn’t had an issue since. Don’t always trust what the “computer” says at the dealers - they are programmed for profit."
