"I usually have no problem with Wendy's but my last 2 orders have been horrible. My 1st u asked for fries no salt I have hypertension and what I get fries with salt. My chicken sandwich tasted like it was old. Tonight everything was going going well till I got to NY chicken sandwich it was hard and old I couldn't even eat it. I need them to get it back to cooking great like they was"

"This Wendy’s was nasty inside. I stood in front waiting for my chance to order while the manager talked to another customer to process a refund for about 5 minutes. Waiting didn’t really bother me, but the dirty counter and greasy floor did. I got my drink cup and went to get a drink from the machine and there was no ice and regular drinks like Coca Cola were not available. I got my food relatively quickly to dine in. All of the tables were coated in a film and looked like they had been wiped with a greasy rag. My food was okay. Burger tasted a little off, but the fries were good. I then decided to visit the restroom which had the soap dispenser off the wall sitting on the sink. Bathroom floor was also mopped with that same greasy dirty mop. All in all this place was really gross. Definitely is not somewhere I will visit again."

"hands-down Hass to be the slowest Wendy’s in America no matter when you come, the lines wrapped around the building. Even if you catch them with no line, there is still a wait for food and it’s a long wait long enough that they have to have you pull into customer waiting area. It doesn’t matter when I get food from this place it’s always at Long hassle I never can just pull up and it’s actual fast food. on top of that the biggest problem with this location is you can never go inside. They always have the indoor area locked because they’re so backed up in the drive-through."

"I can't tell you how many times we military people order from here and can't get our food because the staff fail to ask the drivers can they get on post. All other stores don't have a problem. Always receive the call that my order was cancelled. Never ordering here again and i speak for many."

"If I could give them 0 stars I would.. EVERY single time I come to the location on Yadkin road they ALWAYS mess up my order. It never freaking fails. You wait in line for 15 minutes and then wait another 15 minutes to receive your food just to receive the incorrect order. They repeat the order back to you and even ask you at the window and they STILL MANAGE TO F UP! Throw the whole Wendy’s away just like I did this trash food they gave me. I tried scraping everything off this dry and nasty chicken sandwich that I DID NOT order but it didn’t work. Still disgusting. It’s a waste of time to go back for them to correct your order.. just to mess it up again. Stop at McDonald’s across the street instead."
