"I love their new self-order system. I placed my order at the kiosk and shopped at the Claires because there was a line. Then, I received a message telling me that my drink is ready. It is so convenient. I know what to do for my black Friday shopping."

"Bubble tea is good which it isn't hard to mess up. The customer service is awful at this location. They are ALWAYS running out of things like ICE which immediately takes away half the menu and should not be something to run out of being that they only serve drinks. They close early and randomly in the middle of the day like yesterday which should have been prime business hours, yet 3 ladies were there, and they were closed. I went there and they were standing there so I asked if they were closed because the lady wasn't acknowledging me, and she didn't even look up just shook her head yeah. I think they need new employees to be honest. I would go to the location in Westwood plaza. They are always friendly and are open during posted working hours."

"Boba is OK but they close randomly and run out of stuff. Came in at 3:00 p.m. O on Sunday and they're completely closed down for 20 mins."
