"Ordered my food around 6:30am and waited over an hour to never get my food. I later found out that my food was never prepared. It is not a great feeling to find that you have wasted an hour of your life essentially. I am normally a proud Waffle House customer but this particular location’s ineptitude and blatant neglect of a customer has made me question my loyalty to an otherwise good brand. Edit: I just remembered that they did not provide me or anybody else at my table with silverware. We would have asked but our server never went back to check on our table."

"I’m assuming this is why they got bad reviews anyway but my opinion if I’m trying to sit down and order food myself I don’t think it was a problem for my son to have outside food do you know how many times I’ve been to a waffle house and brought outside food while other people were eating waffle house. Don’t go here, especially with this small black lady with short hair. She was rude. They seen me with the food when I came in there, but didn’t say anything until after I sat down, I can’t stand when people do that I guess they just don’t want business or my opinion they probably don’t want to cook because a lot of people talk bad about that waffle house anyway."

"I've changed my review to one star. Food is often times good. Often times a miss either being burnt or overtly greasy. I came here the other day and it was fine until it was time to pay. We were largely ignored by the staff. That's fine, they were busy taking care of tables. I can wait a bit so the customers still dining can have a fine experience. One server was only doing takeout orders and checking out their tables. Regardless of the line, she called up "her" guests to the register and refused to check out the others in line. We waited for about 20 minutes just trying to pay and with the disrespect we almost walked out without paying. That is entirely unacceptable and we will not be returning to this location."
